We have found a way to have one person receive an invoice for a large number of attendees. We have created a class of member that does not pay dues to be the "Clerk" and the following will give you instructions on how to register and have the invoice go to someone else.
When you do your registration, and the invoice is generated you can edit it and change the name of the invoiced by clicking on the Change and then entering the clerk's name if they are in the system.
Another method is to have the clerk do your registration on your behalf. They can do this by logging in on their account and then registering you and invoicing themselves. This will generate one single bill to the clerk and register you for a fast pass to the event. You will receive an email when it is paid. Just change the registration name by clicking "Change" and enter the member's name. If they are not a member, you can add the member.
