Next event:  Fall Conference 

 

 

We have planned a “Top Ops” competition for the afternoon. We are looking for teams consisting of one, two, or three water operators to compete by answering questions for a $90 first prize, a $75 second prize, and a $60 third prize. The winning team will go on to the New York Section AWWA to compete as the CNYWWC Champion. If you have a team, please contact me at (315) 435-6600, extension 4526, by October 13, 2023.

CNYWWC, Inc.  Holds four annual events each year.  The fall and Spring events are geared towards education.  Our conferences offer a wide range of topics, as well as being open to any ideas.  If you have a suggestion or Ideas, simply E Mail it in!  The other two events are designed to get water works employees together in a social setting, The summer events allow water works employees to mingle and share ideas as well as see new items available for the water works industry.


    Spring Conference - 2023     

Our first event of the year is the Spring Conference.  It will be held March 16th. at the Theodore’s, located on Seneca Turnpike in Canastota, NY 13032.  Registration starts at 8:00 A.M. $10.00 for dues and $20.00 if you wish to eat a buffet style lunch.  The spring lineup has been posted.  If you are looking for lead and copper information and updates, they will be discussed all morning with fire hydrants being the afternoon discussion.  Hope to see you there.

The tournament will be in the Captain and Crew format, with a Shot Gun start. Come early and start with coffee and fresh donuts from the bakery in Skaneateles. Lunch will be on the course where there will be several opportunities to eat at the turn. There will be continuous availability of soda, ice tea, beer and bottled water on the course, all cost included in price. Raffle tickets for two 50-50 raffles will be sold from the beverage wagons on the course.
